The Trans Women Writers Collective is an organization founded by trans women to support trans women and amab nonbinary writers by publishing them, paying them for their writing, providing help with their individual fundraising efforts, and securing for them other opportunities and forms of material support. The Trans Women Writer’s Collective exists, above all, to improve conditions for the most marginalized writers in our community.
Trans Women Writers
We believe that words are the most powerful weapon, and we strive to acquaint society with the amazing pieces written by trans women. They have what to say to the world, but unfortunately, their stories are rarely published. Our mission is to help these writers tell their stories. Their lives haven’t ever been easy, which makes their experiences unique. People should know about discrimination, disrespectful attitude, inequality, and violence that surround trans women’s lives, and a good essay writer is the only person who can describe these problems.
We realize that most people will find it hard to believe trans women’s stories, but it’s just because of the lack of information. Every story should be heard, and we aim to find the best opportunities to help our writers. We’re searching for financial support to publish their pieces.
Trans women writers are incredibly brave because they’ve found the strength to share their stories. Although their experience is painful, they are ready to share it with society to change the situation. Their stories should teach people to be tolerant, respectful, and empathic. The world is the place for everybody and every choice we make, and it’s not the place for cruelty.
“For, while the tale of how we suffer, and how we are delighted, and how we may triumph is never new, it always must be heard. There isn’t any other tale to tell, it’s the only light we’ve got in all this darkness.”
James Baldwin, Sonny’s Blues
